Please restart your phone to make sure the app is working as it should.

If the ‘loading…’ notification is still present, you can follow some steps to clear it in the settings.

  1. Go to Android Settings > Notifications > NHS COVID-19 app

  2. Switch the Notification toggle button Off and then On again
