If you booked your test through the app, your test result will be updated automatically in the app. Read about how to link your test result to the app if you booked a test a different way.
By linking a test result to the app, the app can give you the most relevant guidance. You can also choose to share your result anonymously with other app users who have spent time near you, or in ‘close contact', over the last few days. These alerts will never identify you as an individual. Read more about who gets an alert if you test positive.
If you are under 18 years old, and test positive for coronavirus, you should notify a trusted adult before taking any action.
