You can use the app on Android tablets. The tablet must have a sim card so it can use a mobile connection, for example 4G or 5G. The app is only effective if you have it on a device that is with you most of the time.
The app is not designed for use on laptops, PCs, smart watches or iPads.
You will only be able to install the app if you have Apple iOS versions 13.5 and higher, or Android Marshmallow (v6.0) and higher. Read more about which smartphones the app will not work on.
If you have a compatible smartphone and cannot install the app, you can report a technical problem.
