The NHS COVID-19 app is no longer in use and the Isle of Wight trial has now ended. This is archived information from 18 June 2020. If you still have the app, please uninstall it.
The app has been designed to work in the phone's background, alongside other Bluetooth features and devices being used.
We have received feedback that users of some phones may be experiencing interference with some Bluetooth devices.
Please report any interference with your other Bluetooth devices using our online feedback form, referencing the model of your phone and the app or device experiencing interference. Your feedback will help us make improvements to the NHS COVID-19 app.
If you receive any interference specifically with a Bluetooth medical device connected to your phone, please follow instructions/warnings from the device manufacturer and uninstall the NHS COVID-19 app.
